I think a big thing that most people forget is that Monster Hunter World is pulling these numbers while being a PS4/XB1 game. Normally PC games dominate Twitch, and MHW isn't a PC game (yet). So to pull off these numbers from only PS4/XB1 means it must have sold very well.
