What’s your point?! Third person games also work well in VR. It’s a misconception to think VR would only work for first person games.

Not really.  One of the purposes of third person games is get a wider view of the action.  That's why I normally prefer a third person games over a first person perspective.  So it defeats the purpose of a third person game in first person view in VR.  But you can view a third person game in "theater mode" in VR, but you might as well play it on a quality HDTV without the VR constraints.

Its a big website ( 5/5 stars with 8000 reviews on idealo)

Check Idealo for best deals/prices. Mediamarkt and saturn are usually expensive on tech. Even Amazon has the PSVR headset for 299,-

But I like looking at Nathan Drake's ass as I play Uncharted, racing in 3rd person in Mario Kart allows for better vision of my surroundings. The third person view point is beneficial for games. Like I said before, VR is superior for some games but it's pointless for others which is why I don't believe we'll be heading for a VR only environment anytime soon.

So why arnt car manufactures mounting cameras behind the cars and use a screen as the windscreen to display the camera feet so people could drive in third person?

Did you actually mean that as a serious argument or were you joking?

this is his head movement. A VR game obviously isnt made to look good on a screen but to look good in VR.

But I don't want to be forced to have my head still in VR, move around in my seat, loose focus, get reoriented, etc....
