Curse of modern day USA. Unless you’re born filthy rich, you’re doomed to have to spend pretty much 95% of your waking hours doing work, if you want to have all the ammenities that are required to enjoy life. That’s especially true for well paying jobs.

So basically he left because the stress of taking one for the team was too much on him?
