Why not just remove the ability to settle and statute of limitations regarding sexual allegations? That way justice/due process is done while removing any financial incentive or means to pay their way out of it. 

The bill in and of itself sounds good. Hopefully, nothing goofy gets added.

So this bill was drafted and passed during the Clinton era. Huh.

I want to say it's a great step forward but I'm still wondering how this happened in the first place. It's like a step forward after a gigantic leap backwards.

Making members of congress financially liable for everything, just like anybody else, is the proper course of action. It is the one and only thing that should be done here.
