I'm really happy Stardew Valley became the nº1 game on the eShop. I woner if it will even reach the million sold eventually.

Also, I'm still confused about why there isn't a retail version of Minecraft yet. The sales prove the interest is there, and I don't think the game is too big for a regular cartridge.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

In case anyone cares, this game was built with MonoGame. MG is the spiritual successor to XNA, but now runs on everything from mobiles to consoles. More info here if you are an indie dev, or just someone wanting to get into game dev - http://www.monogame.net/

Bastion, Transistor and Pyre all used a custom version of MonoGame. Axiom Verge used a less custom version of the Framework.
