Due out this spring.

Nintendo has announced Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition for Switch. It will launch on March 22 in Japan, and this spring in North America and Europe.

Described as the “ultimate version” of the Legend of Zelda action game, Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition will include every map and mission, all playable characters from both the Wii U and 3DS versions of Hyrle Warriors, and all of the previous paid downloadable content. This is relevant to my interests.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

It seems to be lacking my favorite feature from the Wii U version so I will not be purchasing it.

And what would that be?  Please inform me since I'm ignorant of the details.

Haven't played it in a couple years so could be remembering wrong, but I'm guessing the gamepad showing the map at all times and thus easy to tell where to rush off to in disasters.

I assume they will have to have a mini map on the actual TV now to show that. Just a cluttering of the screen essentially.

Edit: Too bad this deluxe version does not include 4 new characters. Be cool to have brought the champions into it.

Well, after fire emblem warriors, I can't go back to hyrule warriors. I hope they increase the number of enemies(too few on hw, few got it right), hope we can control more than 1 character and evolve it too. Grinding is too tedious in hw. 25.000 for open the especial weapon is too much.

Off-TV co-op

Just wait for the DLC.

This will be my first Warriors game. I hope I‘ll like it.

Fully agree. I really enjoyed the heck outta HW, and still didn't 100% all the content. But for all the reasons you stated, FEW easily shines over HW. wondering though if this game will have the 60FPS option like FEW does.
