"Perfect games" = every achievement of a game (similar to Platin trophies on PSN and 1000 GS on XBL)
"average game completition rate" = I'm not sure how it is calculated.
In Steam forum discussions I found this:
It's quite simple to work out. Add up all the % completed then divide that total by the number of games with achievements that you have gained at least one achievement in. Games that have no achievements don't count and neither do games that don't support achievements.
For example let's say a person has 6 games:
2 don't support achievements
1 supports achievements but hasn't been played or none have been unlocked
3 supports achievements and have at least 1 unlocked.
This means only 3 count in working out average game completion rate.
Game A = 78% completed
Game B = 21% completed
Game C = 54% completed
The number unlocked out of x total of achievements available isn't important. We only need to use the % amount for the calculation.
78% + 21% + 54% = 153%
Then divide that by the total number of games that have achievements unlocked, 3.
153% / 3 = 51%
Average completion rate = 51%
