Best album, without a doubt: The War on Drugs - A Deeper Understanding. This music is just pure magic. Some of its songs cary you away in a sort of dream (Thinking of a Place is the best example of this), while others are incredibly touching (Holding On).

My number two would be Wonderful Wonderful by The Killers. They're one of my favorite bands, and every single song on this album is just great. It also offers a lot of varition: from alternative rock to pop to disco.

Such a weak year for music, according to me ofc.

I cant think of a single album that I've enjoyed from start to finish... my favorite tracks from this year didnt even come from albums, just stand alone tracks (doomsday by architects and Doomed by APC)

The only two albums I can think of are Level 8 by Miracle of Sound, and The Source by Ayreon.

In a more serious note, I don't listen to today's music/musicians much. There's a looooooot of music from before I was born or even after that I haven't heard that I mostly focus on old music.

But, from this year I loved Bruno Mars and The Weeknd's new songs. I also went to a Muse concert, and it was awesome. This year I pretty much listened to Muse everyday.
