I fail to understand why people attack a site if it does not give a game a high score when other places gave it a high score, the whole point of going to many review sites is to get different point of views and not the same one over and over.

IGN was pretty harsh on MK:DD... IGN is not hard on Wii core games(MP3, SMG, and SSBB)



End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

If someone wants to attack a score, at least quote the review and then justify the so-called "biase".

I thought the whole point of a review is so you can have other people decide what will be fun for you, and you don't have to think at all.

I could be wrong though.

IGN probably get kickbacks from Nintendo to give Wii games good review scores. Send the chief editor of IGN a free Wii and free Wii games and they get a good score guaranteed.

ive left keeping hold of reviewrs opinion, its just thier opinion at the end of the day.

many games have been great, and it seems unfair in a way that developers make a genuine good game that people like, but sales are hurt because of some1 not liking it in thier reviews.

i bought assasains creed on ps3 because i read the gamespot review but its a boring old game after you finish the 1st few assasinations, but on the other hand gamespot gave lost oddysee a lower score and im really enjoying that game better than assasains creed.

mario kart should be fun i dunno why its reviewed at a low score mabey the online is wonkey or something.



...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

they seemed to like it, and they rate Wii games as hard as anyone.... I could see them giving them it an 8 or 8.5 from their preview... 9.0 max.

 IGN podcast called it "not so pretty" and the other guy replied with "Ouch", in their round-table.

 This is recalled from memory, I made a thread about it back then.
