I only mentioned 3 (if you want to include Smash Bros.).

I dont see how Smash is a Mario spinoff, by that logic its a Zelda, Fire Emblem, Pokemon, etc spinoff as well.

I know that. Just added to the list since Lawlight believed I posted too many Mario spin-offs. Technically is a Mario spin-off since it includes multiple Mario characters but you’re right it’s more than just Mario.

You’re right - it’s still a combination of existing IPs. I should have said “so many Donkey Kong spin-offs”. But really are Pokemon, Animal Crossing and Smash the only big 3 existing IPs left to be released?

If "big" means 10+ million than yes those 3 along with 2D Mario are the only ones left that sell that much regularly.

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

I REALLY regret not asking that guy that had access to the numbers he leaked here before being scared off (thanks a lot, fellas) what the actual numbers for Nov and Dec 2016 were. Jez Corden was full of it apparently. We could have had better estimates at least.

You already have proven to be clueless

You said Switch already has Smash, it doesnt.

You said Animal Crossing isnt a big hit, the most recent title sold over 11 million. That is a huge hit.

These two statements alone mean you dont know jack shit about what you're talking about.

And no im not offended that Nintendo lost in November because if you go to the Nov NPD prediction thread you will see that i predicted it would lose to both PS4 & XBO.

You may have got the order correct but bet you didnt think both ps4 and xbox would beat the switch by 700k. The numbers is what hurting the nintendo fans atm

Nah its post like these that are hurting nintendo fans honestly

Looking at all the multimillion sellers Nintendo has had during the current and last generation, I didn’t know only 5 series count as 90% of Nintendo’s big hits. You got me then. Guess series like Smash Bros., Animal Crossing, Metroid, Fire Emblem, Mario Maker, Donkey Kong, Kirby, and Luigi’s Mansion don’t exist then according to you.

That’s a lot of Mario spin-offs. But aren’t you padding that list a bit?

2 spin offs he named. 2 of which genres arent even on switch yet lol.

What if we bring it down to 5M+? What other franchises would you add to the list (2D Mario is still a Mario platformer). I didn’t know Smash was a 10M+ seller - I guess it is if you combine the Wii and 3DS versions.

You never give up lol. Your goal post keeps on chugging along

Those playstation and xbox one sales are amazing!!! Nintendo Switch also had strong sales but was definately destroyed by ps and xbox. Great month alround though for consoles in US.
