I'm one of the uk buyers. ps4 white 500gb + battlefront 2 + gt sport + hidden agenda for 228€. planning to sell those games to get a ps4 for about ~ 128€. then I will get all those cheap old exlusives like killzone, bloodborne, knack, ratchet and clank etc. my body is ready!

Yes, that's for sure. I guess BF is no big deal in Japan. But even with the recent push worldwide, it won't be a huge boost in most places. I believe that the US numbers will be surprising.

Shiiiiu, it doesn't count and you know it... and if a certain console doesn't do good even Holidays won't matter, only launch numbers of a certain upgrade will matter.
You know that this year there were a lot of good real discounts (15-25% average, plus real clearances of 70%)
The 2M is certain or is above 2M (that would be the previous record)?

Yes, it is getting better in Brazil. And actually sales have a spike, even if not as massive as the US. Kabum specially has some ridiculously good discounts. I saw stuff like the Galaxy S7 for 1300 and the S7 Edge for 1500. Way better than expected.
I'm actually checking here and I can't find where they said it was 2M this year. However, in 2016 Sony reported selling 2M consoles worldwide during BF week and that it was the PS brand best ever. So they sold more than that at least. I'm not sure about BF day, but I don't think it matters more than the whole week.

Yep I didn't remember the interview giving numbers... and considering how much they cut I think it may be a lot higher than the 2M figures, maybe pass 2.5M

PS4 + X1 = 243,000
X1 < 100,00 so PS4 > 143,000
The rest ~57,000.

The article says well over 300k. We dont know exactly how much over 300k that is but i have would have to guess like 320k at least.
