I don’t think I’ve even posted in the media create thread of the past few weeks, seeing as how Japan in becoming increasingly irrelevant.

Hm, I think we can expect plenty of Japanese ports to the Switch considering how well it is doing and the ease of releasing viable AA titles on it. SE already mentioned that it wanted to focus on medium budget titles with the Switch, and I think Atlus will probably have lots for us as well (besides SMTV.) Capcom definitely will release a Monster Hunter title that isn't a 3DS port on Switch too, me thinks, regardless of how well MHW performs. Whether it is a portable version of MHW or something else (due possibly to an exclusivity deal with Sony) it will be interesting to see.

This is pretty exciting, because for two generations now, Japan has been quite a muted market when it came to dedicated gaming platforms.

To think too, Pokemon, Dragon Quest, and many other titles haven't even released yet on the Switch.

Ps4 as well as every other system excliding snes classic is being affected by switch. Sales arent nicely up. 3ds and ps4 had good first 3 quarter's then they both fell horribly during this one.

Anything sony related you spin into a positive meanwhile something like pokemon (past week) you bad mouth. Ps4 isnt doing horrible but lets not act like its doing as well as you make it out to be!

You get wound up so easily it's hilarious. So what if he didn't post last week. Don't tell him what to do. 

Anyway next interesting week for ps4 will be MHW beta and bundle week.

He didnt post last week because nothing negative could be said about nintendo like this week. Its ok i get on people like him, its a problem of mine. Like how you cant help it with your great post!

I’m just commenting that it seems that the stock issues are over. Clearly you can find a Switch easily in Japan. Does it bother you that I said that? Sales in Japan doesn’t bother me as we both know that the PS4 is outselling it worldwide.

Pokemon is doing just average. Nothing special. Big second week drop on MC like I expected. 

Ps4 had a big Q3 because of software. Q4 this year there's been no reason for it to be up over last year. Switch was out on both Q3 and Q4 and it's having no bearing on either. 

Last Q4 ps4 had ps4 slim + price cut, ps4 pro and FFXV. Why would it be anywhere near that this Q4? Saying it's because off the switch is just ludicrous. 

Fact is 2017 overall is up nicely over 2016. It will be the biggest year for a PlayStation home console since the ps2 days. But yeah switch is eating it's sales LOL.

Correct. 3ds is beating switch at this point in time. 

Of course it bothers him. Why else would he get wound up every week and feel the need to respond to every single one of these comments.
