24 GTA IV? LoZ OoT?
20 EU 4 or EU3 or some other
17 Uncharted 3
16 DW 3
Edit: 15 is Infamous Second Son and First Light I think.
I'm sure about the magical stone part and therefore it isn't Skyrim, MonHun or Etrian Odyssey. Why you hope you're wrong? Did you dislike Skyrim?
Eh, "dislike" is potentially a strong word but I thought it was only alright.
That matches partly my impression of Skyrim. It was good, fun and a lot to play. But glitches, strange things, unintended immersion breakers kept it away from being great. If I run in a shop against a table with purchasable item they fall and scatter physically correct, all nice and stuff - but completely useless, even annoying. If the shopkeeper talks to me and I leave the shop, the shopkeeper is outside with me. Why? There is a lot of this stuff. It may be details, but they break the experience. Whatever, I like Skyrim for you can do so much. But stuff like that is annoying.

#24: Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2?
#20: Civilization?
#19: Resident Evil 7?
#18: You shouldn't shoot monkey, that is horrible. Shooting bears would be OK. *runs and hides*
No, Oblivion doesn't have some of the things I mentioned.
This game was another Xbox exclusive (other then PC) and the series was yet again a great loss in the exclusive department for future Xbox's.
Gotta be Morrowind then right?
I never really played that, bought in a Steam sale, but it's just so old now that I can't really get in to it. Kinda disappointing that Bethesda haven't done remasters/remakes for some of their older Elder Scrolls games. I'd love to play through them all with modern graphics.
Hint 1: If I would've played this game, this should be not lower on the list than #20.
Hint 2: Sword-fighting obviously is won by best banter.
20 is The Secret of Monkey Island?
As guessed by The_Liquid_Laser, my first entry in the TOP 20 is The Secret of Monkey Island.
You play Guybrush Threepwood on his quest to become a pirate. What nobler quest there is. In the end he has to deal with the ghost pirate LeChuck and tries to win the love of governor Elaine Marley. All the way you solve puzzles that often in itself hilarious. Someone remembers the solution to this?
The probably most remembered part is, that Guybrush learns sword fighting, but get told the most important part is insulting the foe, so you can strike him hard.
The game also has memorable and funny characters. For instance Stan the salesman, which came back in future games in the series.
The game was designed by Ron Gilbert (again), in cooperation with Max Schafer (I mentioned them both with the text for The Cave). The game is part of what made LucasArts adventures the greatest back then.
There was a remaster some years ago with updated graphics, that have an artstyle I don't dig, but you can switch to the original graphics.

22 Payday 2? 21 Final Fantasy X? 19 Final Fantasy XV?
Also, what is DW 3?
curl-6 bet me that PS5 + X|S sales would reach 56m before year end 2023 and he was right. My Bet With curl-6

Incorrect on all of them, sorry.
And DW3 is Dynasty Warriors 3. It's pretty infamous for it's hilarious voice acting. This is a particularly funny one
I might have played that one. Not sure. I like Dynasty Warriors, but all of the games kind of run together in my head.
Ok, time for more hints:
#17 This fantasy co-op arcade game is the 2nd in the series. If you think about it, it's really a shoot 'em up. Hint 2: "Traps make walls disappear." Hint 3: This series popularized 4-player co-op in the arcades. It was also one of the main reasons to get a 4-Score (4-player) for the NES.
#16 This 80's arcade game could be described as Minecraft with a bicycle pump. Hint 2: This game was in Stranger Things 2. Hint 3: The title of this game is two verbs. One of the verbs is the past tense of the other.
#15 This launch game had a greater than 100% attach rate the month it was released.
#14 I played this game on the PS3, and it came bundled with several expensive controllers.
