Excellent point: at this point, NS and PS4 had peaked much higher. A dropoff should be expected, but who knows what to expect?

...why is Mario Kart Wii in the top 100 at 92 right now?

It usually charts in the top 100 a couple of times a month, same with NSMB Wii. 

The Wii still has a small but active userbase. 

Thanks for answering.  When I saw Just Dance 2018 for the Wii on the list, I thought that was fine because it was a new title but I just assumed that everyone who wanted Mario Kart Wii or NSMB Wii already got them by now.  I guess I was wrong.

Mario has overtaken the CoDs again in the hourly charts

Odyssey back over CoD, Switch catching up to the X, PS4 not very far behind. Depending on the X preorders, this could be a close race at the end of the month.

software pushes hardware sales, by recent releases the NS will do the best, by games coming the NS and PS4 will do great but the situation for the Xbox hasn't changed they need to show up with games next year.

Hardware wise for the hardcore gamer the Xbox has delivered, but third parrty games are not enough, they need to announce new games fast if they don't want the xbox one x to join the one s down in the charts. Last year the xbox did pretty good because of forza horizon and gears 4, they need big games next year and then we will see it chart much more often.

As for the NS it has the best first party support already it just needs more 3P support, if that happens it could remain on top of the PS4, its newer and it has more hype and the PS5 will be 3 or less years away and people know it.
