Surprised the COD bundle is at 16. I was thinking nobody wanted it going by early preorders.

I think the best time for Sony to drop the price of the PS4 is straight after Black Friday. MS will be more than happy to drop the price for Black Friday but if Sony drop the price of the PS4 straight afterwards, it forces Microsoft's hand. Put the price back up and lose even more customers to the PS4 and Switch, keep the price the same and lose even more money with their console division. There is clearly internal pressure for reducing the XBox division's budget, evidenced by the complete collapse of first party investment. I feel this move could their momentum for the year and hand Nintendo and Sony a clear run for the year, if not the generation.
Reasons for thinking this is possible:
Hyked PS+ prices
Cheaper to manufacture than the XB1
New models of PS4pro, PSVR and Move.
The PS5 Exists.
