Why not? More people who can play the games is always better. And I'm sure that porting these games to the Switch will be profitable for Square Enix.

Not gonna happen. Square enix just doesnt want to piss sony off or something. We hardly see square enix games on PlayStation get ported to other console. Im sure there were some but not many. I can only think of i am setsuna

Really? Leaving the western SE titles aside (because they always end up being multiplat anyway), the biggest games SE has done recently have been somewhat multiplats: FFXV was on the XBOne, and it will be on PC (and mobile with that chibi version), Dragon Quest will be on the Switch, KH III will be on the XBOne... The only game that's kinda-sorta console exclusive lately is NieR Automata. The other ones are yet too far from release to really say whether or not they will come to other consoles, and I doubt SE will allow some of them to be platform exclusive (I doubt FFVIIR won't come to either the XBOne or the Switch at some point).



You know it deserves the GOTY.

Nah, they've had a couple of spin offs on the 3DS. They gave Sony those games. Whatever exclusivity Sony mght've had is no longer needed for the general health of that franchise in its respective generation of launch. Square needs all of the consoles, just like they did with Tomb Raider. Think about it.

Square will make great exclusives like octopath, but we could also use some games to prep Nintendo gamers for Kingdom Hearts 3 as Nomura is waiting to see the reception on the lead platforms. Think about that. If Nomura is skeptical, Nintendo needs to get back into the proving grounds. The switch is the door...and all they have to do is open that door and step in.

That's why i'm excited about doom on switch.Finally i will be able to play that game.It will be perfect for the 4 hours i have to spend in college doing nothing.

This is what I am talking about! Ive avoided playing that franchise until now. While playing Zelda I could easily see myself playing the remasters with ease on the go. This is the perfect platform to hold handle the remasters without a problem.

We are still to discover why they didn't bothered making a port for X1 with 30M userbase.

if they want Kingdom Hearts 3 on Xbox they better get with the program on that front. As Japanese devs have said though, Microsoft has approached the Japanese situation with little respect. They want the games but treat them as if they are niche, which is a huge problem.

Ff15 were released on ps4 and xbox on the same day. Kingdom hearts if get released to xbox will also be on the same day. Also I said console not pc. Sony dont mind their games get ported to pc as long as its not on other consoles
