From when he announced he was leaving. This is NOT proof of anything other than he sounds pretty happy with his time at ND. Again, this DOESN'T prove anything:

Actresses who Harvey sexually assaulted made positive comments in interviews/social media about him too. Not only does it not prove anything, it's pointless to even post.

And on top of that he's kind of already addressed his flippant attitude about leaving Naughty Dog. He mentioned that he blamed things like Crunch or creative differences as reasons to leave. This just doesn't prove a thing

Of course they wouldn't find any evidence if they decided to fire him for, officially, other reasons. It wouldn't be in their interests to keep stuff like this in their records. For all I know, the alleged victim could be lying, but this is not a very convincing defense either even if it's true. This sounds like typical PR talk to me, and nothing else.

Yes and no.

This statement is saying that ND never recieved a complaint from him, which could actually be very true. He never mentions telling ND, but only Sony HR.

Likewise this statement is not for Sony, it's for ND

Technically it says there's no evidence about such a complaint, not that such a complaint was never received. Still, my point stands: This is a statement that can technically be true, regardless of what (if anything) has actually happened.

Wrong. It is in ND or any companies interest to keep and persue actions of this kind because it puts the company at risk of being sued.  Period.  Because it is against the law.  He said he was fired after having a mental breakdown.  I don't think he is lying about that.  And I don't think hey are lying about not getting any reports about it either. What has ND done in the past that would make you think they are hiding or destroyed his reports?  Not only did they say he never complained about sexual harassment, they said he never complained about harassment at all.   I am sure they will now go back and investigate to see if his claims have merit, but accusing them of hiding it is unwarrented.

Let's rephrase that: If they think they can get away with a thing like this and want to do so, it absolutely is in their best interests not to keep stuff like this in their records. Also, with my small amount of knowledge, I'm not taking any sides here. I'm just pointing out small but important details. You seem to be assuming a lot about my intentions when I had none besides pointing out a minor detail because I think it's important.

well it at least proves that they were dishonest right?

describing a bad person as a good person is dishonest right?

i'd even argue that perhaps their behavior is to some degree complicit with what was going on, because they allowed a known sexual harasser or rapist or whatever he was to run around and do it to more women without alerting the authorities

You are wasting your time. He just posts things like that to try and bait me, not to have a genuine conversation.

Idk, I tend to give rape victims the benefit of the doubt.

I also wouldn't call a victim of spousal abuse a liar for not telling cops the truth.

I agree. A person's immediate reaction to traumatic events, such as firings or possible harassment, are extremely difficult to judge from a psychological standpoint. People should not judge his actual mental attitude from these tweets.

No offense dude but uh, yeah, don't flatter yourself. You made a silly post and I responded, it's that simple. Don't try to play chess while we're playing checkers :)

Waiting for the case to roll out and we get more evidence.
