No, you said they "dropped" Mario's health being dependent on power-ups. They didn't "drop" anything, because not using power ups for health isn't a new thing for 3D Mario, or even 2D Mario, since you want to bizzarely conflate the two.

Yeah I'm not gonna argue over irrelevant semantics, but I will keep saying dropped.

haven't seen it mentioned yet that EDGE were allowed to get their reviews of Mario and Zelda out before anyone else and just so happened to give them both 10s. Very suspicious

you'll see it when they get the first Yoshi review next year and give that a 10 as well

It was not a well written review,but it's nice SM odyssey is getting the praise i hope it deserves.

I imagine the early review "leak" is due to it being a physical magazine and thus has to print it fors hipment and thus why people can see it before the "embargo" lift

EDGE has been Nintendo UK's go-to magazine for exclusive reviews/previews/interviews ever since the Official Nintendo Magazine UK closed. EDGE was meant to have the first review, it's not a leak. Same happened with Zelda.

I think it is pretty readable.
