I have got the perfect one for you, but I am afraid of posting it here.
I love the artstyle of the fourth one. Less detail makes it seem cuter.
I voted for #3. It's maybe pushing it, but you should be fine.

I like the first or the third one. Also the Lucario-picture. The third one deviates too much from your usual avy, that would it make hard for me to recognize you. As Rol practically always has some cartoon variant of KimStoppable, so I don't recognize him if he has something else.

Number 2 is way worse than 1. Go with 1
I've always been a fierce opponent of avys like #3.
Really makes browsing VGChartz a huge pain in public, and often carries a wave of copy-cats.
Regardless, I got for #1 cause it is quite recognizable.
#2 reminds me more of SF 3,witch is one of the best animated games out there,so i would go with that.
