I personally saw many early buyers dissapointed with the lack of a story mode and even a local versus mode.

I may pick this one if it comes with the story mode. If it don´t have a story mode, I´ll pass.... and keep playing KOF XIV

It already has a story mode. They are adding arcade mode. Based on screenshots they have different arcade paths based on each game.

Everything other than the characters. You will not get the "new" characters.

Everything else should be part of the free update.

You get all the new modes and balance changes. Not the DLC. New consumers get all the characters. It's essentially a GOTY type release. The good thing is. The new single player modes, arcade mode and extra battle mode, add more ways earn characters without spending real money.

Well. Not what I was hoping (I want the characters!) butI'll give in to my curiosity. Maybe I'll get hooked.
