1 Mr Freeze (Batman Arkham Cith New Game+)
2....

Erm, I guess that's it. Of all the other games I've played, I guess the bosses have either just been pretty bog standard or just hard by being frustrating.

Ok, you've got me with Darksiders 2. But the Didact?

Don't you just run up to him and shive a bomb in his chest (and that's it)? Most of the 'fight's a cutscene.

Ryuji Goda was awesome. Metal Gear and Yakuza have my favourite boss fights.

Yeah it was so manly and intense, thanks for reminding me of that one with you post.

Ok, i doubt i'll be happy with this list but i'm gonna try and think up of 5 awesome boss fights.

Resident Evil 2 - Birkin
MGS - Liquid
FF7 - Sephiroth
Sonic 3 & Knuckles - Doomsday zone
Soul Reaver 2 - Raziel

Dunno about beeing the best, but they sure left a mark in me.

The music during the boss fight made it even better.

SA-X in Metroid Fusion

I am a Nintendo fanatic.

Honestly, it would be too much trouble for me to think of the 5 that left the most impact for me, since I have already played hundreds of games, but Ill leave one name here:

Dark Bowser.

That boss fight is the embodiment of how epic a final boss should be.That battle is beyond incredible.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower (Bloodborne)
Artorias the Abysswalker (Dark Souls)
False King Allant (Demon's Souls)

Metal Gear Rising - Jetstream Sam, I just like this guy and it was cool to have a one on one dual with him in the middle of Pakistan and it felt so good to get payback after what he did to you back near the start. His theme is also dope.

Persona 5 - The Twins, a good challenge without being too unfair. The main reason I like this fight is because it forced me to constantly cycle through my party members and the overall urgency since you had to do enough damage to get to the next phase without being OKO'd. I wish more bosses in the game were like this.

Dark Souls - Ornstein & Smough, the first real road block for new players. The infamous tag team duo will ruin you unless if you've mastered the art of rolling and have patience. Great boss theme too and if you can beat O&S then you can beat the rest of the game and the DLC bosses.

Yakuza 0 - Keiji Shibusawa, after all the shit this guy has put me through I was ready to kick his ass. The final chapter on the boat was already pretty epic but the battle itself takes it to a whole new level, a multi-phase battle against two dragons. When I beat this guy, it was just so satisfying...

Mega Man X4 - Sigma. A pretty well paced battle that will put your skills to the test. It's a challenging fight but it's not unfair and there's a lot of variety to this fight. I like this fight a lot especially when playing as Zero.
