You need an application that can open a 32k image.
And you need to give it time.
I use Krita to open it, but that uses a lot of RAM (about 10 - 11GB) when opening this image.

Files this big are perhaps more of a benchmark than the actual game.
Your computer may be struggling to load the required data into RAM from your HDD.

Black window for me too, back button doesn't even work. Download hangs on initializing.

I used to take 8K screenshots of Elite Dangerous which took my laptop 30 seconds to render. It saves them as 100MB bmp files. I converted most to png yet my screenshot folder for ED is still 10GB.

Aha it's downloading now, 12.8KB/s 8:14:34 left. I'll give it a pass lol.
