i just commented on the games worthy of a sequel thread, and it made me realize how good of a game uncharted was, how good it sold, and why they should make a sequel to it. if they ever do make a sequel to it, they should at least include multi player online.

if uncharted 2 came out, it would double, or maybe even triple the first games sales no doubt about that. can we see this for 2009? 

they should also make the game longer way longer. im talking 20-25 hours.

ive read something about this and another jak game being made for ps3. i think this would be a great sequel. i played the demo of teh first one, infact im going to rent it on friday.

Yeah, ND is making and releasing Uncharted 2 before the next Jak game, so I do believe it will come out in 2009. Yeah, I would love multiplayer to be included too. Uncharted is a great game, but it does annoy me at times.

Uncharted 2 is coming out this year I believe. They said it was a franchise.

I think it'll sell awesome. Much better than the first, since it'll be a returning IP. It'll do 2 million at least at regular price before greatest hit/bundle status.

I'd like to see them mix it up a bit - less fighting waves of enemies, more puzzles, more bosses and interesting fights etc. for the sequel.

@DMeisterJ : I think it will take two years before Uncharted 2 will be released.

@Captain: ND first game on any console is always pretty short and the sequels are longer.

25 hours would bore me to sleep. They need to change the style of the game if you want a game that long.

Wouldn't mind a multi-player though, as long as it isn't just a piece of shit thrown in.

Well, I think it's coming this year.

Naughty Dog has started production on the game, I have the link, but it's in french and I can't find the story I read about it, but translated, they've started production.

I just think it'll be out this year cause it's not like they're going to build a whole new engine for the game or anything, just update some things. I'll be very surprised if it doesn't.

ND are definetly one of the best developers. I just wish they were the same size as Insomniac, so they could release a game every year.

Although Uncharted is another quality title from ND, I would prefer to see another Jak, more like Jak 1 than Jak 2 or 3. Or even the return of the mighty Bandicoot :)
