My youngest child has a 110 square foot room. Middle is 146 and eldest is 181. My room is 242 Sq feet and we have one spare bedroom 110 sqft. Opinions? We already have air conditioning.

Knock out all the walls so you have one big room. Maybe put a toilet right in the middle.
