Persona 3 Silver, 4 Golden and 5 Platinum. We might get the trilogy soon?

Actually, it's more in line with primary colors. P4 became Persona 4 Golden because it's primary color scheme was yellow.

I feel we are more likely to have Persona 3 Cerulean, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Crimson.

I will bet my life savings there will never be a game called Persona 3 Cerulean.

I doubt it'll actually be named that, but I feel like keeping in line with the primary colors is more likely than moving forward with Silver/Golden/Platinum.

HD Persona 3 is a day one, screw any other game I'm playing at that moment. P3 is the truth.

More than that, P3 is the answer.

Those look like the same models on the ps2 version so they're not exactly remake material. They were just used for testing animations and stuff most likely.

Persona 3 used smaller models with different proportions.

It's not that hard to resize models.

As much as I want it to happen... I agree with the voices that proclaim test assets :(

When the polygon count of the original models are significantly lower than what's in the P5 engine, it becomes difficult to increase their size without making them look more edgy and less round. And inconsistent proportional changes of some objects vs others needs to be adjusted seperately. It's probably easier to just use the P5 engine at that point.
I think it's pretty clear that things in the mod appear to have higher polygon density and noticably different shapes, positions and proportions.
But there are some objects that makes this more apparant than others. Take the lamps for example.

The lamp shades in P3 consist of very few polygons and appear hexagonal in shape rather than the round lamp shades you see in the P5 footage. The same thing can be said for the lamp base/stand.

Hexagonal vs round base. These are definitely not the same models.

The models don't have any lighting at all so edges will not be that defined nor noticeable in certain angles. Every single model in that footage is very low poly and those lamps could very well have hard edges but since we don't have an angle from above then we really be 100% sure.  For example, the sofas, chairs, the vases, if you only look at the center of the models you would not notice the very hard edges of each pixel because of lack of lighting.

But anyway, this is a useless argument since they have been confirmed to be fake and definitely not remake material.

I would take that in a heartbeat. Especially with the gameplay additions from P5.

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.

Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi
