Eurogamer just had an article about this

It's just the first cave of the great wall level for now. Square Enix seems to be ok with it as long as they don't ask any money for it, no donations either.

It looks amazing, exactly how TR2 looks through rose tinted glasses, and better. This is the tombraider I want to play. Venice level next please, and don't forget the underwater level.

Sadly, even on ultra low settings, it's too unstable on my laptop to play. I didn't really expect it to work, kinda surprised it even started and somehow stuttered through the into cinematic without crashing. I'll save it for when I buy a new laptop.

The only Tomb Raider game i've played is Rise, earlier this year. This looks cool : )

SE hire these guys and get them working on remakes of all the PS1 TR games. I would buy those day one.

Doesn't play like the original, so I don't care about it.

It's a pass for me..

in some reguards it looks pretty "plastic".
In terms of aesthetics/artstyle, many newer games look graphically better.

Lara looks like a plastic barbie doll in these screenshots, and some of the enviroments look "fake/wrong" too.

For a small fanproject type game, this is pretty good though.

This seems appropriate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqwP6uuYOWo

Seriously, if you're doing something cool that will certainly garner a C&D...don't talk about it until it's finished!

That's cool!! I have all the classic Tomb Raider games for PS1, I still need to play through them actually. But this looks really nice.

Impressive. I mean, it wouldn't be great for an AAA game, but it is great for a fan project.

Looks great
