No its not, its completely custom engine for Switch

How different to the ps4/xb1 versions does it look?

From what we know It's not exactly on same level of course, but it's good in any case.

Nice. Finally I'll get another fifa after 5 years

It looks awful. Thankfully, it's gonna flop.

Its been a good few years but yep think ill buy another fifa game

Playing Fifa in portable mode is great, but i would like to know how dumbed down the Switch version will be.

If it is just a downgrade in graphics, i wouldnt mind. But if it goes beyond that, 60$ would be too much for the game.

Well, given how graphically it looks like something that could have been done on XBOX 360, if it was anything other than 60 FPS it would have been an absolute disaster for EA.

Not that I expect them to try and port assets from the PS4 version, but graphically this looks several orders of magnitude below what the Switch can do -- or the even the Wii U in this instance.

That's good news!

The switch version will probably look slightly better than the Xbox 360 version.

Oh that sounds nice. Im glad a handheld on the market can achieve this now!

It doesnt have the Journey single player campaign, and it doesnt run on Frostbyte. And thats it.

It really depends on how you want to play the game.If a single player experience matter for you, then the Switch is most likely not the version for you.But if you play it for the multiplayer and for those "with your friends" moments, the Switch might be the version for you, given its portability.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
