How is this related to Switch?

EDIT: Saw it on Neogaf. OK, you have my curiousity Square-Enix. 

A Nintendo system has not gotten a mainline Final Fantasy since VI on the SNES I believe.

Is the pocket version a switch game or the mobile?

You think? Pocket Edition sounds to me a lot more like an edition for dedicated handhelds than mobile. Or else the would've just called it Mobile Edition.

There is an FFXV mobile game that came out recently. Probably that. New Empire I think? Also could be that remake of Kings Knight. (for those who don't know there is a NES Shmup from Square called Kings Knight)

I'll paraphrase the quote as best as possible:

"You asked the question what other things have we got planned for the future, we can't give you any complete solid details right at the moment but uh we very much want to do as much with the game and franchise as possible. There's another certain console out there certain people may be thinking about, sounds a little bit like you guys, your name "Twitch". I think we'll just leave it there. Sounds like this will be probably it's own version, I think what SE may be doing is making a general "Switch" engine which can run downgraded versions of their PS4 games more less.
