It's mostly the same for both sides tbh. I've noticed performance dips with GW Hairworks. More of a demand for little output.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

4k Screens.

I noticed in the second screenshot that it does indeed look like there will be a limited LoD, which is a shame. I love the look of the surrounding foliage and landscape, but dislike seeing the distance looking bland and low res.

Settings (from the looks of it)

Should have set that AF to 16x than 8x. Hopefully it's not capped to just 60fps either as I'm sporting a 144hz (technically 165) and want to get more use out of it.

It also sucks that some of these graphical features can't be used on other hardware ...

There's literally no good technical reason for that since other graphics processors are just as capable of running them ...

Still undecided on this, but I wonder if my 1070 can run this at 1080pUltra@60. Want to see benchmarks before I buy. Though high settings aren't bad either I hope.

Holy mother of God.Dont they know a thing called optimization and compressing?

Edit: Not to mention the specs.Safe to say, not everyone will be able to play this game on PC.

The bigger the better.

Bring on the first TB game please.

At this rate, we'll get some by the start of the next gen.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

That's what we get when Nvidia has 70% market share.

Not a good reason ...

These graphical options could actually hurt compatibility with future hardware. There's a reason why we use industry standards when they work out of the box for every tested products so it's bullshit on both Square Enix and Nvidia's part that they don't build on Microsoft's technologies when it's just as a viable of an alternative and everyone else can use it ...

I don't care if the said tech is vendor neutral or not but I even I realize the peril of using non-standardized crap so it's just dumb of Nvidia to make libraries that could get obsoleted and maybe not even run on their own hardware in the future!

If Nvidia were smart they'd make their graphical features work indefinitely rather than temporarily for an uncertain amount of time even if their competitors had access them ... (At least we wouldn't have to worry about these shitty ticking time bombs of features not working anymore.)

Cool. Still waiting for the Complete Edition, though.

My body is ready.

So are The Witcher3 and FF15 on PC officially the best looking games ever so far? I think they beat Horizon?
