Seems pretty good.

Only reason I won't pick it up is because it seems to be the perfect candidate for PS Plus, just like Infamous First Light.

This won't be coming to PS+ in the next 10 years.

85 seems very low for a naughty dog game. ill still buy it day one

We shall see, I am willing to wait til next gen. By then it will be cheap enough anyways.

just a small team work on it

85 is a good score. Anything from 80 to 100 is a good score and a game that deserves to be enjoyed by many.

This isn't DLC at all. It has it's own physical edition with packaging. The story doesn't tie into Uncharted 4 in anyway other than being another game in the series.

The MC is a couple of points off where i'd have guessed, but 85 seems reasonable for what's effectively an AA offering from ND. Compared to their normal games it's shorter, more self contained, and recycles UC4's technology rather than attempting to push the envelope. It even comes with the same multi-player as UC4.

If this was a normal ND project i'd agree 100% though, 85 would be very low.

TLL had the majority of the UC4 team working on it, just for less time (seems to have taken about 15 months). Doesn't really change your point, but worth mentioning.

In my opinion, the series never deserved 90s. So this game must really be shit!

Either way, I look forward to playing after a finish a few other PS4 games (Yakuza 0 and Horizon).

9 hours of new content is very good. I think I clocked Uncharted 4 in at around 12.

If you read the reviews, the main criticisms seem to stem around there not being enough innovation to gameplay or formula from Uncharted 4. Also some minor criticisms about plot and puzzles. That said other publications applauded the use of more puzzles and enjoyed the plot.

One thing is for certain; it's supposed to have that same Uncharted pacing, gameplay and beautiful visuals. Which is enough for me.

Im interested to see how ND take this franchise into the future. Perhaps a series of spin offs exploring other characters like Sully or Sam? All the while world building, growing the uncharted universe before finally revealing a new mainline entry. They're so talented, anything is possible.

They have  enough  of Uncharted, there working  on the last of  us 2 and then  hopefully  something  totally  different. ( kuch kuch guerilla killzone  then  horizon  zero dawn)

Very air-tight, sound logic.
