I don't know. Based on the area he's in, he said he missed a torch or lighting and had to run around in the dark in an area that needed light or he'd die. If it's where I think it is, there's another torch that he could grab in the same area.

 

I need to see his original post to be sure but I think it was taken down.

 

*Edit* in the comments of his video, he mentions reports of the same thing happening to other players. I can't find any evidence, though.
