It's funny that everyone seems to be ignoring the effect that the price cut has had on the 360 but thats easily overshadowed by GT5:P effect on PS3 hardware sales.

I dont understand why UK sales have not been adjusted, the 360 should be lowered by 130k. According to a report on april 4, the 360 was about to aproach the 2 million mark, vgchartz has it at 2.13M, therefore its needs to be adjusted.


You have been here long enough to know that this site does and always will have higher numbers for 360 no matter what other sources say, even NPD doesn't matter.

2) I don't trust his numbers with my life but I believe it is a good indication of the market that he gives us :).

Ioi can readjust when Quarterly earning come out soon and the companies state what their sales number were for the past quarter.

Right now we have no idea if NPD, Charttrack, Famitsu or Vgchartz are closest to the real numbers.

 Actually from memory VGC has more accurately tracked the 360 in some quarters than NPD according to shipment data.

I just noticed that the 360 figures for the UK are supposedly still not adjusted by minus 130.000.

I think there are two possible answers for your question:
- ioi disagrees with the need of adjustemen for Xbox 360 UK data
- the numbers will be adjusted in future but due to time limits right now they are the way they are. Belief that numbers must be updatated today becouse weekly hardware numbers were updated today is in fact false.

@Auron: Actually vgchartz had PS3 higher than NPD for quite a long time in the past (around half year ago). But since PS3 price drop/40GB SKU it's not the case anymore.
