Seems like it. Although it is to be expected, Nintendo isn't nearly as popular in europe as it is in the states. I am surprised to see that zelda has the top spot in norway, I always thought we were one of nintendos weakest countries.

The higher user base probably contribute to it. Judging from VGChartz numbers, PS4 have beeen killing it in Europe.
