I honestly can't believe these streaming services exist due to lag. I don't care who's making them. They're just not good enough yet.

I personally wouldn't waste time on them right now, but they need to be out there so they can work out the kinks. They are the inevitable future in another decade or so.

Killzone Shadow Fall.

That's the only exclusive I can find. Must be why they have it at the top of the list.

Helldivers, too, right?

Helldivers was on PC last I checked.

Isn't signing up to PS Now like agreeing to always online?

Yes, which is why it's nice that not only is this 100% optional, but it's also 100% negligible. Seriously, PSNow is like trying to play a game from half a second in the past.

And yet its still not in Ireland . Id sign up to this to replay some of the old PS3 games that i no longer own but Sony doesnt want my monies .

For reasons already given to Klam, you're not missing out. It really is a load of garbage.

"Hopefully Sony keeps the heavy hitters off PS Now"

I don't get this mentality. Does it change anything for PS4 owners? They can still buy and play the games. Personally I think games like Last of Us HD and Bloodborne are infinitely better avenues to get people into the PS ecosystem than Killzone 6 or fucking Broken Age.

It changes nothing for you if these games appear on PS Now, lol. If Sony isn't trying to entice people to subscribe and/or buy into the PS ecosystem with a good selection of PS4 games, then what's the point? Then again this is the same company that used SOCOM 4 as a barometer for gamers interest in a SOCOM II port.

Thank goodness. The idea of game streaming scares me and I fear that would harm game modding for example.

Trying to imagine what that would be like... Doesn't sound ideal.

But id still like to try it .

You can simulate it by using a wireless controller just outside of it's wireless range. It's that bad.

Psnow is easily Sony's biggest blunder that they insist on supporting. All the money they spend on it could have actually revived the Vita (kinda, probably not), but instead they insist on playing games with unforgivable input lag.

So now I could technically play PS4 games on my X1 from the PC through the X1 hdmi in-port? 😜

Considering that other existing PS4 tech uses the same tech in PS Now, (remote play and share play specifically), I am going to side with no.

And cloud gaming is still a growing sector. After how much we have come from streaming pictures, to music, to video, I find it incredibly strange that ppl are not more supportive of cloud gaming becoming better.

Giving this argument only shows that you've had limited to no exposure to PSNow.

If you say so.

So you've had exposure to it? You've played through the unforgivable input lag and thought "oh gee, this works great!"?

Yes, but you could have skipped the middle man and just plugged the PS4 into your XB1. The combined input lag of PSNow and the HDMI-in on the XB1 are surely enough to prevent real playtime.
