it will be no were near teh scarcity of Nes Mini.

 

I managed to pre-order 4 myself in 3 different occasions from 4 different shops.

You are likely one of few that will get this "lucky." Though I don't really believe in luck. Just a figure of speech.

$500?! What cartridge is $500? Anyway, you are not limited to a mere 21 games for just one system. Plus these aren't a nightmare to find.

The sum of the cost to buy all20 of the games (and one unreleased) games on todays market is well over $500. You're talking around $250 just to buy Earthbound, Final Fantasy III, and Super Mario RPG alone. Besides, if this is anything like the NES classic, you'll be able to load whatever SNES games you want on it with a tool that's as legal as a third party console.

P.S. Go ahead and find a legitimate copy of the finished version of Starfox 2 on cartridge. If that isn't a nightmare to find (because it literally doesn't exist), I don't know what is.
