Forums - Nintendo - Tired of playing Nintendo's stock supply game? Try these! Update:

http://www.newrisingmedia.com/all/2017/6/30/5-snes-classic-edition-alternatives-that-are-better

The link above has delightful suggestions that could help you quit playing Nintendo's "you'll get it if we say so" game and start playing video games instead.

Update: I understand that some of these cost more than $80, but you can buy many more than 21 games for more than one system. Additionally, you don't have to practically beg Nintendo for the privilege of buying their systems. Lastly, if you think these are expensive, wait until you see the scalper prices.

Why would you want to pay for the unofficial one? Just use emulator for free.

A handheld gamer only (for now).

Those are fine, but if people have a computer that turns on, chances are they can easily emulate snes, nes, and genesis games.

You, but I like to do things legal.

True, but some of us don't want to pirate/steal.

You can always rip your own games. There are tools to do that.

While I understand where you're coming from, it isn't like these games are in production. This impacts the creators in absolutely no way.

How are emulators less legal than unofficial hardware that is nothing more than a plastic case with an emulator inside?

Imagine buying an unofficial console that plays Switch games.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Isn't this the same guy that made that "Why SNES classic is a rip off and why I don't recommend it" ?

Well I can definitely say your threads are .... consistent

snes mini will be super available!

Switch!!!
