As for US/UM, it's hard to tell at this point if it's more like B2/W2 or Emerald/Platinum (or maybe it could be really easy to tell, if only I had any interest in the game to actually check it out more in depth), but I'm assuming it'll be closer to the latter. Either way, I just don't care at this point, the franchise has gone downhill hard.

The shame of it is that I really like everything about Sun and Moon as far as locale and general design goes, but the beginning of the game is so obnoxiously linear and the game hold your hand constantly and makes for a really boring experience. I think I passed the first trial and have yet to go back to it. It's a shame too because I really liked X & Y despite it looking a bit rough around the edges.
