Yea, I'm done.

It's alright, normal people can go on knowing it's a new game and others can go on complaining about a new game that they either wanted but for some reason can't be happy about getting, or never wanting in the first place.

I mean, I'm on record saying this game is more than I hoped for. If I thought I was actually getting a whole new game I'd be even happier.
It's not me who seems passionate about needing to convnice myself and others this game is 'brand new' or not.

Only reason I got involved in this, is because I came back looking to see the reaction of all the people who were die-hard about Nintendo spending several years on a new Smash, rather than just getting an enhanced Smash 4 ready for their 2018 lineup.
I didn't know this was even a debate until afterward.

The gameplay is changed, the character models are changed, the graphics are changed. It's a new game, even if you don't want to accept it as such.

I'm going to say the same thing I said in the actual "Port or New Game?" thread : Why does it matter if it was built as a port or from the ground up, if the new additions and changes are enough to make you buy the game?

This is getting incredibly silly.

Do you really want to instigate an endless and pointless argument? Truck locked his thread on the topic for this reason.

Can't just leave well enough alone.

Really?! we're on the topic of whether Smash ultimate is a port or a new game... AGAIN?! Someones gonna have to explain to me the criteria that people have for Smash ultimate being a new game and not a port of Smash 4 because the whole port thing makes next to zero sense to me.

Does anybody know if there's an up-to-date list of New Nintendo 3DS-enhanced games?

These are the best lists I could find...

https://www.neogaf.com/threads/games-that-are-exclusive-enhanced-on-the-new-3ds.1177455/

https://www.reddit.com/r/3DS/wiki/exclusives

Now both of them have Fire Emblem Warriors so i'm guessing they were atleast updated around the end of last year. Other then that though I couldn't find anything... sorry.
