Got three more physical switch games, Super Mario Odyssey, Sonic Colours and My Sims Cozy Bundle. Collecting physical games is getting me to use my Switch 2, I find myself more motivated to actually play and finish games when I purchase and own them physically.

Disappointed at how poor the Resident Evil physical situation is on Switch. I'm not sure any of them released in the UK Physically. Elswhere there's an Origins Collection that has only RE0 on cart, Triple collection with only RE4 on cart and a Revelations double pack that only has RE:RV1 on cart... All the standalone releases are code in a box.

Back when Nintendo was over a year without a General Direct showcase. Crazy to think this was half a decade ago.

Lol. I thought this was a new direct announcement and wondered why the hell they were focusing on "available games like super smash bros ultimate".

Big news day!

Don't know if it's a coincidence not long ago the were rumours of GTAVI on S2 being worked on and that it was all hands on deck to get the release out close to the other versions if not day 1 now today BL4 was put on hold.

Looks like borderlands 4 for switch 2 has been cancelled.

Furukawa has addressed the ram price situation again, pretty much repeating what he said before, though with a more definitive time frame on when it could be come an issue.

"Furukawa says the recent surge in memory prices didn't significantly impact on its hardware profitability during the third quarter of its financial year (October to December 2025), and he doesn't expect a significant impact in the fourth quarter either.

He noted, however, that should the surge in prices continue into the next financial year and beyond, this could eventually have an impact on profitability, and that should the situation deteriorate significantly, the company will assess the market and take appropriate measures."

Also confirmation that Switch 2 hardware is currently sold at a profit: "Furukawa explained that while Nintendo wants to avoid situations where it's selling each unit at a loss, he also doesn't think it should be "overly influenced" by what could be a short-term trend."
