Rectangles because cutting is work.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
Triangles are comfier to hold but I hardly find them in that shape so to not lose any time I have to eat them in rectangles ç-ç
....I don't really care about the shape of the sandwhich as long as it doesn't make it difficult to eat (like if things start falling out). And I guess also as long as it doesn't look suggestive, would be weird eating a dick-shaped sandwhich.

I don't cut them, leave it as is with full sized bread...so rectangle I guess.

i dont cut my sandwiches, and to be honest i never saw the point of doing so.
I cut them into rectangles... but triangles are better.
