I was done with the series since 3.  1-3 were fun but that was enough for me.  I remember getting the first one that came out on Gamecube (think it was 4 not sure) and I played it like once or twice.

2-3 are good. Don't like 1. I also liked 6, 7, and 8. The rest I don't care for

1 was okay besides the fact that some of mini games were setup to destroy your analog stick by spinning it in circles as fast as you could.  Usually I don't like third party accessories but Radio Shack had some really good N64 controllers (SuperPad 64) because the analog stick was metal under the thumb pad instead of all plastic.  Still have two that I bought and they still work great.  Plus they are see through plastic which is kind of cool.

Every game they have made was at least decent. I like Other M, federation force was fun and Star Fox Zero is decent.

All the games in the Wii series were pretty fun party games and 1 2 Switch is also a good party game.

Thoughts?

I think we all can asume that nintendo doesnt make many bad games, as others companies do, but saying that never has made a bad game, is taking it a little to far...

Nintendo is also the most risk averse first party, the amount of new IPs Nintendo funds is emabarrasingly low.

They keep making games with the brand names that give them nostalgia points in reviews. Even when the game are bad or subpar, take BOTW for example.

They take decent risks on their smaller budget titles.  They released a shitload of new IPs on the 3DS eshop.  Tank Troopers was one of their latest new IPs.  It was a fun game but didn't have online multiplayer which would have really made it shine.  It only had local and download play multiplayer.

Exactly. For a company whose fans brag about how much money it has in the bank, that's extremely sad. They barely fund any new IPs and when they do it's some cheap ass game with little to nothing invested in it. MS gets crap for making the same games over and over but they're still many times better than nintendo.

This thread was just my opinion. I have never played a Nintendo game and thought it was bad. For party games like the Wii games and 1 2 Switch and Nintendo land I play them how they are meant to be played with other people and it's a blast.
Metriod Other M is my favorite Metriod game. I really like the perspective in third person and the gameplay had me hooked. The story isn't half bad as others might say.
Star Fox Zero is farrr from a bad game. It's pretty good. With the Wii U gyro controls it feels natural and addictive.
Pokémon channel was funny but not bad.
For Amiibo festival I never played more than an hour of it because I never got into the amiibo collecting but the game is decent.
Did emulate donkey Kong jr math a few years ago and it was funny playing it in ago good way. It was far from bad.
Hey hey Pikachu was the worst Nintendo game I've played but it was still decent. I'd give it a 7/10.
I love all the Mario Party games, yes they have gotten worse over time but they always feel fresh. The last Mario party game they added the car and some new modes. I just love the games.
This is something I can only say about Nintendo because they are the best of the best. No other company can compare to their track record.

No one is perfect, your opinion is your own, but there have been more then a handful of Nintendo games either made internally or with help of external developers that could be considered bad, whether from being extremely underwhelming in terms of depth or just having piss poor controls or a number of reasons.

Nintendo has made bad games and smoking hot take, I think they will do so again.

Amiibo Festival gets a lot of hate from people that mainly wanted a real Animal Crossing on the Wii U.  It might be a decent game (hell I even played 30+ hours of Fortune Street) but the hate comes from the userbase that wanted Animal Crossing and not a board game.  I suppose it is like Federation Force.  Federation Force might have been a decent game but Metroid fans were pissed off.  I believe they should have just named it Federation Force and left Metroid name off of it and it wouldn't have been met with such hatred.  They could have started a new IP kind of similar to Jet Force Gemini or something like that.

I never actually said it was true. I'm saying SOME people can have that perception because1/6 people on this site judging from the poll believe Nintendo have never made a bad game ever.

never base anything on polls on this site, most people troll vote
