I would rather see any other location. Deserts for me seem so unimaginative. No matter what they will always look the same. Look t that rock, it looks just like this other rock, hold on this rock is slighty bigger, increddible this one has a crack.

Fine, some parts of that desert did look pretty good. Specially the borders where it met the jungle and the lake and river area. But all the plain deserts where all you see is rocks and sand where prety dull. So I would call thouse good areas oasis and not deserts.

Personally, I don't really have issues like this, as I'm more concerned with gameplay over visuals, and I'm cool with anything, as long as the style is nice. New, old, it's all fine to me.

So I suspect Sony, in particular, has a lower KPI in terms of profits for 1st party games than 3rd parties can afford to have. Not that Sony will be happy with a game making a loss...The Order 1886, and they will kill a franchise that performs badly. If Horizon ZD doesn't make much profit Sony's still going to be pleased with how it has significantly enhanced the PS4's reputation and quality of game library. So GG will get to make another game in that franchise.

I liked the order 1886. I wish sony takes another risk with it and makes a sequel or an expansion, Id be happy with that, the game looked great already.

That detail is immense! I prefer the art of horizon but on a pure Technical level that's fantastic. 

 

My only point would be that Horizon is open world therefore more demanding.
