No idea.
Habit. Also I know how everything moves around here.

Yeah, it seems like habit is one of the top responses here.

Honestly at this point, habit I guess.

Thinking about this site has honestly pissed me off the the past while, cause I'm still under the strong impression that I am labelled as a diehard Nintendo fan who plays nothing else.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Do people say that to you? Or is that just an assumption? I guess I'm still not at the point where I'm sick of the site, yet.

Mainly assumption, but my username and some of my posts during my first two years on this site are the red flags for me.

I see. Well, I said I was going to sleep, so I guess I better get going on that instead of roaming around here

Some ridiculous claims made that needed to be corrected, and them back to not coming.

Oh, so as long as we keep making ridiculous claims, then that means you'll stay?

Not the users =p

Someone that have limited knowledge on a subject is allowed to make ridiculous claims that we may shed some light... but when some figureheads talk nonsense then it's a problem.

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."

I started lurking here a couple of years ago, because I liked reviewing the sales data. At this point, I'm just used to this site.

I agree with other comments about this site serving as a news hub. It's not so much the articles as it is the forum posts. Other people scour the internet to find interesting stuff, so I don't have to.

Also, though I often complain about over-moderation, I do appreciate that this site is light on spam and ridiculous assholishness.

1. Quick and easy way to get gaming news
2. Any questions I have on something, I can usually find a sensible answer among all the inflated opinions
3. Sometimes the off topic discussions have some relevance and interest to me
4. Habit
5. IDK

I used to be quite connected to a few users here, even off-site, but that sorta died out. But I still like the community in general, so I stay. I still think we should create a kickstarter to purchase VGC from ioi, and make the site community-run.

1) community

2) pleasant layout

3) typically loads quickly

4) habit
