60 fps 1080p will go over well with reviewers. I expect Spatoon 2 to get an opencritic score of 88-94 because of this.
Well that's one mystery solved. Given the relatively modest graphical changes, it being 720p on the Switch never made much sense. Its art style also benefits hugely from a a crisper image, so +1 from me. Hopefully Mario follows suit.

Graphical masterpiece? O_O
It looks good, because it has a very good artstyle, but it's not pushing any special graphical boundaries.
Still, it's really nice that the game will run at that resolution and framerate. Competitive games feel much better at higher resolution and [especially] at high framerate.

I havent seen Ink in a game look as good as Splatoon 2s ink.

Indeed, while it's not mind blowing the particles of all different bright colourful ink flying around and the new lighting effects introduced definitely improve it over the original, very much looking forward to it.
