Forums - General - The Premier League is Chelsea's.

After Man U's embarrassing draw to Middlesbrough, the title is now Chelsea's :).

Rio Ferdinand and Vidic are out injured for the Arsenal match next week. Arsenal should ease past a weakened United defense and win, putting Chelsea and Man U on level points. Chelsea will then beat Man U at The Bridge, meaning Chelsea will reign supreme for another year!! :)

I really doubt that Arsenal can beat man u, they can get a draw at best, then it leaves it up to Chelsea to beat Man U at Standford Bridge for the title, even with an incompetant manager, we can do it, maybe...

Not going to happen, remember we drew both time last seasons and this season we best you 2-0.

We lost Morinho a few days before, Mikel was wrongly sent off, and you got a penalty from a dive in the last minute, that score does not prove anything

We just lost the Special one a couple of days before that, it was Grant's first game in charge, Mikel got wrongly sent off, Tevez scored in the 3rd minute of a 2 minute stoppage time, Man U got a penalty for a dive.

Excuses excuses. Even without the penalty we would've won 1-0. Mikel was rightly sent off. Deal with it.

Are you telling me that if you lost Fegie, than Man U would be the same the next game?

whoa whoa whoa, Aston Villa are still in the title race

If we win every match we have left and the top 6 lose every match, even the ones they play against each other.

You cannot compare Fergie and Mourhino, mourhino was just a manager, nothing more, he was very very good and of course his departure affected Chelsea. Sir Alex is more than just a manager. He is a big part of the club, he is ingrained in United culture and is a legend, Mourhino was never Chelsea but Sir Alex IS Manchester United. When Mourhino left then that must have been difficult but if Ferguson left the club would fall apart. He's as much a part of United as Old Trafford and every United fan knows it would be a huge blow if he went, bigger than losing Giggs or Ronaldo or Rooney. When mourhino went it was a simple case of finding a new manager, when Fergie retires it will be an end to an era, the farewell of a legend, Mourhino is not a legend, he was too clinical and arragont to be and he never won a treble or got his team the english record for FA Cup wins, Fergie did.

Chelsea still have to play Wigan and Everton before us. I can see both games being difficult, Wigan held arsenal to a draw so they could do the same against chelsea. Don't write everton off either, there a strong side at home and have pushed liverpool all the way for that champions league spot.
