Better be short and sweet then and more about new games rather than games we already have decent amount of info on

So, it can be short and great or short and disappointing. We'll see how that goes, Reggie.

In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.

That's a really short time frame to announce Metroid Prime 4.

Expectations are lowered and prepared for underwhelming disappointment. I wanna see some new games no arms or splatoon already know crap about it.

I don't like that the April Direct was like 35 minutes ... and Nintendo's E3 Direct is 25 minutes. Your E3 Direct should be the biggest Direct of the year. Yeah, yeah, Treehouse and all that, but I still don't really like it. It worries me a bit because they're totally going to devote some of that to things like FIFA, Skyrim, NBA2K, and probably Indie games too.

Some random Direct in April shouldn't be longer than your E3 Direct. That said they'll probably show a logo for Metroid Prime 4 and half the people on the forum will fall over themselves. It's sooooooo easy for Nintendo to have a "good E3" it's actually hillarious that often times they don't put in even the barest of bare minimums to ensure it. I'm expecting Mario Odyessy to look incredible.

One day more.

Like Reggie said, "the purpose of Nintendo Spotlight is meant to be “fast” and “to the point” while highlighting “a number of key games", but during Treehouse there will have more announcements and more infos.

In any case just one more day.

They want to "highlight a number of key games"? Doesn't sound like a lot of new games will be revealed. That's a bummer, now would have been the time to really strike a home-run by presenting an even bigger line-up. The current late 2017 line-up is decent but Fire Emblem + Rabbids + 3D Mario + Xenoblade does not compare to Zelda, Mario Kart and Splatoon.
Nintendo dropped the ball with the Wii starting late 2008 when they stopped releasing the games people wanted (late 2008 had Animal Crossing and Wii Music lol). My biggest fear is that they'll repeat that mistake.

Well, if you think about how much time they spent in their 48 minute presentation on 2015 with the muppets, the Skylander dude, the stupid 30th Mario Anniversary thing, the woman who crafted yarn Yoshi amiibos, Aonuma's secret adopted man-child and Triforce Heroe's and Miyamoto telling everyone how hard his dick can get when he sees the kanji "zero"... (I did the math... those were a whopping 26 minutes of the entire presentation)... I think 25 minutes of only games, games and games can give us a lot.

The time doesn't scare me. What scares me is that they might show games that we see as minor/shitty, but they will give it a good portion of the presentation. Like they did in the past with Triforce Heroes, amiibo Festival, Mario Tennis Ultra Smash, Yokai Watch or Federation Force. I hope I'm wrong and they'll only show the big guns...
