It's retail only for all, Steam Spy has tekken 7 at 100,000 owners, if that was 1% that means the game would have sold over 10 million.

Edit: Derp this is for UK only, but still point still stands, too many steam owners to be including digital.

The home of Tekken 7 Fighters and Beat"em Up-Fans is the PS4, that is sure.
Maybe Kazuma Kiryu (one of the best videogame-characters ever) is a DLC-charakter for Tekken 7 in future, i saw a rumor.
