Don't get your hopes up. Sony and Nintendo are too succesful by being assholes to stop anytime soon. Look at what happened to Microsoft, they stopped being assholes just because they couldn't make enough money being assholes. But hell, did they try.

Sony was trying to be a bit less of an asshole with the PS4 Pro and PSNow but the attempts were too halfhearted to be a success.

I've never seen anything about ARMS, which is surprising. I saw some people talking negatively about it on here so I thought I'd check it out, and it does look like a glorified mario party minigame but that's alright if the price is okay.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the only thing close to a PS4 exclusive on PS Now is TLoU Remastered. Sony isn't stupid enough to bring their PS4 exclusived to PC until the PS5 launches. And even then it will be on a bad streaming service. 

Like I said previously in this thread, most people that exclusively game on PC are shallow bastards with horrible taste in games.

Again, if you'd actually tried it, you would know it really isn't an option. If you don't care about Sony first party, that's fine. It doesn't make it any less popular, it just makes your opinion edgier.

 

Wanna see bitter? Go to the YouTube comments for Horizon, Uncharted, Bloodborne, NioH, or any PS4 exclusive and did through the wall of crybaby PC gamers as they shout anti-consumerism at the top of their lungs.
