Me too, though the narratives can sometimes make them worth at least one play through, as well as the setting. Bioshock for example is very corridor laden yet the narrative and atmosphere are so amazing, it is still an incredible game. Sonys corridor simulators just can't compete. Naughty Dog especially. Amazing graphics, good narratives mostly, but when hey have to focus on gameplay, yuck. And they used to make good MP games but now their MP ever since LoU HD on PS4, their MP games have become pay to win microtransaction laden bullshit. Microsoft isn't immune either. Gears became so predictable and cliche with the corridor design I stopped playing them. Never finished 2, made it 20 minutes into 3.
These stupid Japanese games people spend months hyping up and then they come out and barely sell anything. I think if you're over the age of 16 and enjoy most of these Japanese niche titles then you either have mental issues, or are a manchild. Either option is sad and deserving of my pity. Every other holiday or so I go back to an old job doing marketing and promotions at various retailers for vidya games, I see these neckbearded fucks getting these cartoony Japanese games full of dating elements and high school drama and I just feel sorry for them. Same when I read a list of that crap people post in console warz. That's probably why I drifted away from Sony and more into an Xbox gamer. It's just a more mature platform.

So you drifted away from a console that has Bioshock towards a console that has Bioshock because Console A has an additional game that doesn't fit your taste?
