MSRP is $400, right? Then why are people reselling it for up to $35 less than that? Strikes me as poor form if they could make profit from the thing being low on stock.

The cheapest new one on there is $382, with shipping.  That's $18, not $35.  And of course the Pro isn't going to sell much from resellers, Sony has stock ready usually within a week or two.  Most people like buying from Amazon, anyway.  Or at least resellers that they deal with directly.

Xbox One X pre-orders wont open for some time, the FCC hasn't aproved it for sale yet

Also for people who missed the news: it's $499, releasing on November 7th, only launch game seems to be Crackdown 3.

Damn, you would think XBO would have seen a resurgence on Amazon. With the $50 off and E3. Instead it reentered at #88 and has now dropped to #93.
